Before we roll camera, we ask that you review and sign the release below. It takes about two minutes and protects both of us.

What You're Agreeing To
A. Grant of Rights

You consent to Endurance Creative Studio, LLC recording and using your name, image, voice, and likeness in any video, film, photograph, or media produced — including digital, broadcast, streaming, social, and print — worldwide.

B. Editorial Control

Endurance Creative has sole discretion over how footage is edited and used. You waive any right to review or approve the final production.

C. Distribution & Licensing

Footage may be licensed to clients, partners, broadcasters, or platforms in connection with productions you appear in.

D. Compensation

No compensation or royalties are owed. Your participation in the production constitutes sufficient consideration.

E. Release of Claims

You release Endurance Creative Studio, LLC and its affiliates from any claims related to the use of your likeness as described herein.

F. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
